I’ve always struggled trying to remember all the produce that’s in my refrigerator, and my clients do sometimes as well.
It’s an “out of sight, out of mind” kind of thing for me.
I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist and last week a client of mine and I were talking about this.
I mentioned how it might be helpful having a visual reminder other than writing down, but something with the actual pictures, so I hopped on canva, made some templates, and printed out food pictures on magnet sheets to help address this and reduce food waste.
I also made a cheat sheet to give some ideas for simple meals that are also nutrient-dense, support energy levels, and delicious!
