2 ingredient pancakes ingredients: 2 whole eggs + 1 mashed banana

Optional: top with natural peanut butter

–> Spray cooking spray in pan, and cook like a normal pancake. That’s it!!

It’s not going to taste exactly like a normal pancake, but they were still delicious and I liked that it didn’t give me a sugar rush like normal pancakes. It’s so good topped with a little PB! Also, these can be made the evening before and heated up the morning when needed! I’m going to be freezing and testing these as well!
