How are appointments structured?

Our journey begins with a comprehensive 60-minute initial consultation via Zoom, where we’ll delve into your nutrition and health history, daily eating habits, primary challenges, and personal goals. This session sets the stage for immediate action, as we outline initial steps and I craft a customized meal plan, delivered to you within 24 hours.

Weekly check-ins, lasting 20-30 minutes, keep us connected and focused. During these sessions, we’ll celebrate your successes, navigate any obstacles, and strategize for the weeks ahead, ensuring continuous progress and support on your wellness journey.

How do you approach helping clients with their nutrition challenges and mindset towards food and eating habits?

As your nutrition coach, we’ll tackle the obstacles that disrupt your consistency, reshape habits, uncover the true triggers behind your hunger, challenge mindsets that undermine your intentions, and introduce core principles for lifelong application. This empowers you to confidently manage your food choices in various life phases.

Do you provide meal plans?

While I don’t provide traditional, rigid meal plans due to their limited long-term success, I do focus on creating flexible, personalized meal strategies that align with your lifestyle and goals. This approach includes teaching you how to effectively plan your meals, ensuring sustainability and autonomy in your nutrition journey.

 

What's your training?

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist I have a history working in private practice and in a clinical setting. Behaviorism-focused coaching is my primary focus and specialty.

  • Price: Slightly premium per-week rate due to the higher touch nature of a shorter program. $1,350

Transformation Package – 12 weeks

  • Objective: Provides a comprehensive program for significant, sustainable lifestyle changes. Suitable for clients wanting noticeable results in energy levels and overall health.
  • Features: Comprehensive initial assessment, personalized nutrition plan, weekly check-ins, adjustments as needed, and support via email or messaging.
  • Pricing Strategy: Balanced price reflecting the value of extended support and personalized planning. $2,400

Lifestyle Overhaul Package – 24 weeks

  • Objective: Provides an in-depth, long-term program for clients committed to making significant lifestyle changes. Ideal for those seeking to overhaul their health and habits thoroughly.
  • Features: All features of the 12-week package, plus ongoing customization of nutrition plans, more frequent adjustments.
  • Pricing Strategy: Best value per-week, encouraging long-term commitment. $4,560
